ACTIONS

Ghostly Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) necrotic damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.

A maiden of death

The maiden of death often forms from the spirit of widows. Their face in a veil with a tattered blackened dress. They often serve necromancers and equip a scythe in an attempt to harvest the souls of their targets with the woeful hope they may reclaim their lost love.

Undead Nature. A maiden of death doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
