Superheated Magma. Being underwater doesn't grant resistance against fire damage dealt by the magma dweller.

Innate Spellcasting. The magma dweller's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: scorching ray
3/day: fireball

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The magma dweller makes two attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage and 7 (2d6) fire damage.

Boiling Wave (Recharge 5-6). The magma dweller emits a pulse of burning heat in a 30-foot sphere centered on itself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 39 (6d12) fire damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

The magma dweller is an incredibly powerful elemental creature that resides within the oceans of magma beneath the surface of the planet's crust. Occasionally, they can be found higher up within volcanoes or places near the planet's mantle, such as the DeepWave Vents. Since they are made up of elemental fire, they have a destructive personality and love chaos.
