Ika-Talu are dead kobolds turned into constructs or undead to serve a master, they tend toward evil.

Ika-Talu are kobolds with robotic or zombie hands and arms to battle, they are a little better at a lot off things then kobolds, but they have large weaknesses. Ika-Talu usually prefer not thinking about tactics, taking orders as their said, (with DM approval) a charismatic character with the same language (or languages) as an Ika-Talu's master can make a check to order them around, a successful roll will allow more control of the battlefield. When told to think for themselves, Ika-Talu try basic tactics, like attack the weakest or, with the smartest ones, do an obvious flank.
