You touch your opponent and the chill of the Plane of Shadows washes over them
Succeed on a melee spell attack to deal 3d8 necrotic damage to the target and force a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target also gains one level of exhaustion.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2 or higher add 1d6 to the damage.
If you have mastery of the touch of twilight path, add your charisma modifier to the spells damage
