To Develope: Seed:Weaken DC+101 to account for penalties to base attack bonuses, saves, and skill checks; Change Saving throw type DC+10; Focus: DC-100; Permanant Duration untill dismissed by caster DC+2, DC(x5) Lesser Power Sealing seals a creature's power, greatly reducing their level count, base attack bonus, saves, stats, skills, and abilities Lesser Power Sealing seals a creature's power. This removes 10 levels from the creature upon the completion of the spell. This lowers the creature's base attack bonuses, saves, skill ranks, and removes extraordinary abilities. If the creature is lowered to 1 class level, then he loses that class level and then loses racial hit dice and base attack bonuses, saves, and skill ranks from that. So a Hill Giant with 12 racial hit dice and 5 levels of barbarian, would loose the 5 barbarian levels and become a loose 5 racial hit dice. Leaving him with 7 levels of giant. A creature that looses all class levels and racial levels, takes on one level of humanoid, and looses all racial abilities accordinglly.
