ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) piercing damage.

Frost Breath (Recharge 6). The drake exhales frost in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (4d4) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Lesser colddrakes are one of three types of colddrakes, the other two being greater colddrakes and greatest colddrakes. They are not as powerful as other drakes, but they can hold their own in a fight.

Subspecies. There are four subspecies of lesser colddrakes: shiverdrakes, chilldrakes, frostdrakes, and sleetdrakes. They are distinguished by the number of hit points they have (use the table below). There is no particular difference between each type of lesser colddrake, and the only purpose of each subspecies is for social reasons.

Hit Points Subspecies
22-34 Shiverdrake
35-41 Chilldrake
42-47 Frostdrake
