Leatherweave Armor (3.5e Equipment)

Leatherweave armor is an alternative to leather armor created by druids some thousand years ago using Leatherweave. It is functionally identical to leather armor, aside from being made of different materials. The value is the same as that of leather armor (including masterwork versions), though not dealing with money most druids do not know this.

Most druids are offended by the very concept of a non-druid owning (let alone wearing!) such a suit of armor. Chaotic, Evil, and True Neutral druids may attack such a person on sight, while good and lawful aligned druids will usually at least give the offender a chance to return the armor to its "rightful druid owners" before resorting to violence, as long as the offender was ignorant of the offense.
