Boss Fight. At the start of combat, the creature rolls twice for initiative, taking two turns per round of combat. At the start of each round, the creature must reroll for initiative once and replace one of its turns with the new result.

Bloodied Resistance. Upon taking damage that would reduce the creature to 0 hit points or lower, the creature returns to full hit points, and the creature immediately ends all negative conditions on itself. Once this feature activates, it cannot activate again until the creature takes a long rest. This effect can occur even when taking normally lethal damage, such as from power word kill

(Optional) Tactics Change. When Bloodied Resistance activates, La'raad transforms to La'raad the Powerconsuming, Gaining 150hp.

Gem of Tiamat Until the Tiamat ritual is completed and the red crystal destroyed. La'raad can empower his dragon breath cone to deal 1d8 of all damage types. (Fire,Cold,Poison,Necrotic,Radiant,Lightning,Force,Psychic) (Dex save 17) 40ft cone.

Gem of Mask Until the Mask ritual is completed and the black crystal destroyed. La'raad can use a legendary action to destroy a specific Magic item within 100ft (The item must be seen)

Gem of Orcus Until the Orcus ritual is completed and the green crystal destroyed. La'raad can use a legendary action to absorb any healing done to himself instead.

Gem of Umberlee Until the Umberlee ritual is completed and the blue crystal destroyed. La'raad can use a reaction to counter spell at will.

ACTIONS

(Optional) Resist The creature ends one condition on itself.

Necrotic Lance. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: X (3d10 + 7) Necrotic damage.

Gem of the Timeweaver Until the Timeweaver ritual is completed and the yellow crystal destroyed. La'raad can use an action to copy an action a player has done.

REACTIONS

Gem of Umberlee Until the Umberlee ritual is completed and the blue crystal destroyed. La'raad can use a reaction to counter spell at will.

Gem of the Timeweaver Until the Timeweaver ritual is completed and the yellow crystal destroyed. La'raad can use a reaction to negate damage dealt to him with an attack.

BOSS ACTIONS

The boss can take 1 boss action, choosing from the options below. Only one boss action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The boss regains its spent boss action at the start of the round.

(Optional) Attack. The creature may move 10 feet and make a single weapon attack

(Optional) Cast Spell. The creature casts a spell it knows. This action can be performed twice, and a third time when Bloodied Resistance activates.

Spellcasting. The necromancer is a 12th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The necromancer has the following wizard spells prepared: Cantrips (at will): chill touch, dancing lights, mage hand, mending 1st level (4 slots}: false life,* mage armor, ray of sickness* 2nd level (3 slots}: blindness/deafness,* ray of enfeeblement,* web 3rd level (3 slots): animate dead,* bestow curse*. vampiric touch* 4th level (3 slots): blight,* dimension door, stoneskin 5th level (2 slots}: Bigby's hand, cloudkill 6th level (l slot}: circle of death*
