The dragontouched kobold is a sorcerer, born with the ability to tap into magic forces. While once very rare, their bloodlines are strengthening, and more of them are encountered every year. Dragontouched believe that their power comes directly from Kurtulmak or Tiamat to make the kobold race stronger and better able to compete with the other races. |
