Saving Throws Str +8, Cha +6 Immobile. Klutcher Tree cannot move on its own and is immune to effects that would forcibly move it. Attack rolls against Klutcher Tree within 40 ft of it have advantage, and it has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws. Natural Well. At the start of every round all creatures within a 180 ft radius of the Klutcher Tree must succeed a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pulled 15 ft towards the Klutcher Tree. This increases to 35 ft for creatures within 50 ft of it. Creatures of size Large or higher have advantage on saving throws against this effect. ACTIONSMultiattack. Klutcher Tree makes 7 Rend attacks. Impale. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 80 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage. Rend. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 1) slashing damage and 3 (1d4) necrotic damage. Klutcher Tree heals itself by half of damage dealt. Paralytic Spit (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 120 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4) poison damage. On a successful hit target must succeed a DC 15 con saving throw or be paralyzed for d4+1 turns. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Cannot use if Paralytic Sap is recharging. REACTIONSParalytic Sap (Recharge 5-6). Upon taking slashing, piercing or bludgeoning damage, Klutcher Tree can force a creature within 10 ft of it to succeeds DC 15 con saving throw or be paralyzed for d4+1 turns. Cannot use if Paralytic Spit is recharging. |
