Kinnari Advance [Racial]

Use an At-Will power instead of a melee basic attack on a charge

Prerequisite: Kinnari, Any Martial Class

Benefit: Choose one At-Will Melee Attack Power you know, when you perform a charge you may use the At-Will power in place of a melee basic attack.
