Arthur Pendragon (king of Chaos)[edit]

Introduction[edit]

Arthur Pendragon, known as the king of Chaos in the anime Nanatsu no Taizai, is a character with immense power and a mysterious past. As a wielder of chaos, Arthur possesses abilities that are both formidable and unpredictable.

Creating Arthur Pendragon[edit]

Quick Build

You can make an Arthur Pendragon quickly by following these suggestions. First, prioritize Strength as your highest ability score, followed by Constitution. Second, choose the Noble background. Third, choose a longsword, a shield, chain mail, and a holy symbol as your starting equipment.

Class Features

As a Arthur Pendragon (King of Chaos) you gain the following class features.

Chaos Infusion[edit]

At 1st level, you gain the ability to infuse your attacks with chaotic energy. Once per turn when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can deal an extra 1d6 chaos damage to the target.

Chaotic Flurry[edit]

At 2nd level, you can channel chaotic energy to make an additional attack as a bonus action on your turn.

Aura of Instability[edit]

Beginning at 3rd level, your presence exudes an aura of instability, making it difficult for enemies to predict your movements. Creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you have disadvantage on opportunity attack rolls against you.

Ability Score Improvement[edit]

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th, and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.

Chaos Warp[edit]

Starting at 5th level, you can tap into the chaotic energies surrounding you to warp reality momentarily. You gain advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Chaotic Reflexes[edit]

At 6th level, your reflexes become as unpredictable as chaos itself. You gain proficiency in Dexterity saving throws if you don't already have it.

Unpredictable Strikes[edit]

Beginning at 7th level, your melee weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.

Chaos Manifest[edit]

At 9th level, you gain the ability to manifest chaotic energy into tangible forms. You can cast *Chaos Bolt* once per long rest without expending a spell slot.

Chaos Burst[edit]

Starting at 10th level, you can release a burst of chaotic energy, affecting creatures around you. As an action, you can unleash a shockwave in a 10-foot radius centered on you. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d6 chaos damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Chaotic Resilience[edit]

At 11th level, you gain resistance to damage from spells and other magical effects.

Unbound Fury[edit]

Beginning at 13th level, your attacks ignore resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

Chaotic Surge[edit]

At 14th level, you can tap into the chaotic energies of the universe to empower yourself. Once per long rest, you can enter a state of chaotic surge for 1 minute. During this time, your melee weapon attacks deal an extra 2d6 chaos damage, and you have advantage on Strength-based ability checks and saving throws.

Aura of Discord[edit]

Starting at 15th level, enemies within 10 feet of you have disadvantage on saving throws against spells cast by you.

Chaotic Eruption[edit]

At 17th level, you can release a chaotic eruption, causing havoc in the area around you. As an action, you can create a burst of chaotic energy in a 20-foot radius centered on you. Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 8d6 chaos damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Chaos Embodiment[edit]

Beginning at 18th level, you become a living embodiment of chaos. You gain immunity to damage from spells and other magical effects.

Avatar of Chaos[edit]

At 20th level, you achieve the pinnacle of chaotic power. Once per long rest, you can transform into an Avatar of Chaos for 1 minute. During this time, you gain the following benefits: - Your melee weapon attacks deal an extra 3d6 chaos damage. - You have advantage on all saving throws. - You can use an action to cast *Chaos Bolt* at will without expending a spell slot.
