King of Babylonia[edit]

Fighter Subclass

The King of Heroes fighter subclass grants unparalleled mastery over weapons and treasures, wielding the limitless power of a legendary king’s armory. Summon mystical weapons, bind foes with enchanted chains, and unleash devastating attacks from your personal vault of wonders. With regal authority and unmatched versatility, you reign supreme on the battlefield, commanding your arsenal like a true hero of legend.

Gate of Kings[edit]

At 3rd level, you gain access to your own personal "treasury" of weapons and items. You can summon weapons and projectiles from your Gate of Kings, an extradimensional space where you store your treasures.

• Summon Weapons: As a bonus action, you can summon a weapon or shield from the Gate of Kings. You are proficient with any weapon you summon this way, and they count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances. The weapon disappears if it is more than 30 feet away from you for longer than 1 minute, or if you dismiss it as a free action.

• Ranged Weaponry: You can use your bonus action to launch one of your summoned weapons as a ranged attack. This attack has a range of 120/240 feet and deals damage based on the weapon type (slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning). If you launch a weapon, it returns to the Gate of Kings afterward.

• Storing Items: You can store up to 5 mundane or magical items in the Gate of Kings. You can swap them out over the course of a short rest, and you may retrieve any stored item as a bonus action.

Chains of Sovereignty[edit]

At 7th level, you gain the ability to restrain your enemies with chains from your treasury.

• Binding Chains: When you hit a creature with a melee or ranged weapon attack, you can use a bonus action to conjure magical chains that attempt to bind the target. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier) or be restrained for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

• Divine Restraints: If the target has a divine origin or is considered a celestial, the saving throw is made with disadvantage.

• Chains of Retribution: As a reaction when a creature within 30 feet attacks you, you can summon binding chains to intercept and attempt to restrain them. The attacker must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier) or be restrained until the end of their next turn. If the target has divine origins, they make the save with disadvantage.

Armor of the Golden King[edit]

At 10th level, you gain the ability to summon the Armor of the Golden King, granting you superior protection and enhancing your regal presence.

• Golden Armor: As a bonus action, you can summon your Armor of the Golden King, which lasts for 10 minutes. While active, you gain a +2 bonus to AC, and you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

• Aura of Authority: While the armor is summoned, allies within 30 feet of you gain advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Noble Phantasm – Sword of Rupture[edit]

At 15th level, you can unleash a powerful attack with a weapon.

• Sword of Rupture (Ea): As an action, you can unleash a devastating attack in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier), taking 15d12 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. This damage ignores resistance and immunity to force damage. You can use this feature equal to your Strength or Dexterity Modifier. You cannot use this more than once per 5 rounds of combat.

King’s Treasury – Unlimited Armory[edit]

At 18th level, your Gate of Kings can hold an infinite number of weapons, and you can draw them forth with ease.

• Unlimited Armory: You can now summon weapons from the Gate of Kings without using a bonus action. You can make up to two additional ranged weapon attacks when you take the Attack action on your turn, but these extra attacks must use weapons summoned from the Gate of Kings. In addition, you no longer have a limit to the amount of weapons you have in your armory.

• Replenishing Supply: If a summoned weapon is destroyed, a new one replaces it instantly from your treasury.
