You shoot forth a cone of punishment from your eyes
You shoot forth insubstantial shadows. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Wisdom saving throw. A target takes 8d6 necrotic damage on a failed save, the target becomes frightened for the duration up to 1 minute. The frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success., or half as much damage on a successful one.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4 or higher the damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot above 3rd used
If you have mastery of the eyes of darkness path, add +1 to the spells DC.
