Master of Strength Ki
Prerequisites: Strength 13 or higher
You have learned how to use your own muscles to generate and store ki. You gain the following benefits:
- You gain 2 ki points and regain all of these expended ki points when you finish a short or long rest. You can spend these points to fuel various ki features. You know three such features: Quick Strike, Shrug Off, and Herculean Strength.
- Quick Strike. Immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 1 ki point to make a melee attack as a bonus action.
- Shrug Off. When you would take damage from an weapon attack, as a reaction you can spend 1 ki point to harden your body. Until the start of your next turn, all non-magical bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage you would take gets reduced by 4.(damage reduction comes before resistance)
- Herculean Strength. As an action, you may spend 1 ki point to grant you immense strength for a short period of time. For 1 minute, you have advantage on all Strength (Athletics) checks you make and you don't need a running start to make a high or long jump.
