Kargath Cultist [Fel Orc]

Your reverence towards Kargath Bladefist grants you a special encounter power, as well as shifting bonuses based on chaos magic.
Prerequisite: Fel Orc (4e Race), Thane Blood
Benefit: You hold a special reverence towards Kargath Bladedfist, an original Fel Orc leader, over 1000 years old and standing over 10 feet tall, who was present when the Fel Orc's were originally cursed, creating your bloodline. A revered leader and warrior, he runs a number of warcamps, including the hellfire Citadel, where many Fel Orcs reside. Those under his training learn to tap in to the true power of their chaos blood, giving them unnatural and unwieldy powers. Your first attack roll during each of your turns determines a benefit you gain in that round. If you roll an even number, you can shift two squares as a free action. If you roll an odd number, you can make a saving throw.
Special: You also gain a special encounter power, "Legion's Wrath".

Legion's Wrath Feat Power
You manifest the chaotic power of your Legion's wrath, the rage of your demon's blood boiling up inside of you.
Encounter
Free Action Personal
Trigger: You become bloodied
Target: Self
Effect: You may enter the "Legion's wrath" stance. While bloodied and in the stance, you gain a +1 bonus to all attack rolls, a -1 penalty to all defenses, and when you are targeted with an attack, you may make a basic attack against the creature as a free action if they are within range (including charging).
