Charge. If the kaprosuchus moves at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a bite attack on the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The kaprosuchus three attacks: one with its bite, one with its claws and one with its tail. It can't make the bite and tail attack against the same target.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

REACTIONS

Vicious. When the kaprosuchus knocks a target prone, it can make a bite attack against the target.

Kaprosuchus is one of the most vicious crocodylomorphs in the realms, capable of hiding perfectly in dense foliage, grass, or swamp water to hide from prey until the time is just right. Once prey is near, the kaprosuchus leaps at its prey and attempts to grab it in its jaws, if this fails, the kaprosuchus is perfectly fine with just running down its prey, taking it out with great efficiency and speed. The only thing that makes these predators scarier is that the kaprosuchus is nocturnal, with heightened activity near dawn and dusk.
