The mutant regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Bleed. The mutant coughs up blood and takes 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. This damage cannot be reduced or avoided by any means. The mutant gains advantage on the first attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn and can roll one extra damage die with that attack. |
Joy mutants are mindless creatures that have been mutated horrifically from their previous addiction to the drug "Joy". They still possess sentience and sapience, although their form being completely changed from their previous humanoid bodies causes them to act and move in large bursts of energy, fueled by mental anguish, as their bodies don't experience any pain. These creatures are ruthless killers, attacking any living being they come across, hoping to find any more Joy to take in to soothe their mental pain. However, some of these creatures are able to soothe their anguish and pain and act as normal humanoids, or how they acted previously to this affliction. However, if time goes on too far, they may lose themselves to the never ending migraine that is being a Joy mutant. |
