Chained. If a creature starts its turn within 10 feet of the titan, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be restrained. A restrained creature can free itself by using an action to make a DC 16 Strength (Athletics) check. The titan can only have one creature restrained in this way at a time.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The titan makes two attacks.

Wrecking Ball. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is restrained, this attack deals an additional 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.

The helmet is adorned with a red light on either side, and a spiked collar around its neck. You can see its face through the vertical metal bars before it.
