Born in the same instance as the Eladrin, the Iynisin are the exact opposite of their fey counterparts. Where the Eladrin praise trees, the Iynisin corrupt and destroy them. The Iynisin live in the corrupt, dark places of the Feywild, and their great cities will sometimes pass into the mortal world where they wreak havoc on life. The Iynisin are locked in an eternal battle with the Eladrin, trying to claim the Feywild for themselves.
Physical Qualities[edit]
The Iynisin have a similar appearance to Eladrin, although they are slightly taller and have grey-tinted skin. They are fond of 'interesting' weaponry, such as curved blades. They are most often mistaken for Eladrin, but have also been known to look like Shadar-Kai.
Attitudes and Beliefs[edit]
The Iynisin believe that all life is evil and must be destroyed, including their own. The only reason they keep themselves alive is to further their malice and destructive force. They have a dark, depressed attitude and do not readily communicate with other races, unless they are forced to. They will not hesitate to throw themselves into an obviously deadly situation. However, they are cunning, and know when to retreat from a battle. When with other Iynisin, they are a single mind, fluctuating through the battlefield with astonishing accuracy. The Iynisin have strong ties with the Raven Queen. Most people believe that the Shadar-Kai evolved from humans, but they are in fact descendants of the Iynisin.
Iynisin Communities[edit]
The Iyisin community of Siniava is fast paced, because they do not like wasting time on pleasantries when they could be fighting. The Iynisin govern themselves, and have no elected leader, although Dask, a powerful Iynisin commands a presence in the city. Siniava is essentially a giant grid inside a giant box. Their is a temple to the Raven Queen in the center of the city.
Iynisin Adventurers[edit]
Iynisin join adventurers to try and further their corruption in the world, or further the Raven Queen's wishes.
Rogue: Iynisin favor the fighter class because it allows them to deal massive damage to single enemies, eliminating them before they can act. As a rogue, they can tear the battlefield apart from the outside in.

Avenger: Iynisin favor the Avenger class because it allows them to stalk the battle field and destroy the opposition at its core.
