An Itch cantrip causes the subject creature to experience an annoying itch on some portion of the body. Unless a saving throw vs. spell is successful, the subject involuntarily scratches at this itch. The scratching takes but a second and immediately causes the itch to cease.
The verbal component is the name of some pest (flea, louse, or so on), uttered while the area of the itch is pointed to.
