Activate Benthic Reversal in response to any saving throw

Prerequisite: Tarthian, Benthic Reversal racial power

Benefit: You may activate your Benthic Reversal when you succeed on any saving throw.

Normal: You may only activate Benthic Reversal when you succeed on a saving throw against a charm or fear effect.
