Medium humanoid (human), any alignment Armor Class 14 (against ranged attacks) or 11 (all others) (well worn bulletproof vest)
Saving Throws Cha +4 MILITIA TRAINING. units with this trait are less effective in combat than other units, they get a -1 to hit with all ranged weapondry and cover acts as 1 teir lower except for full cover, ex: 1/2 cover will act as 1/4 cover and 1/4 cover will not act as cover
ACTIONSCivilian Issue MA5B Assault Rifle. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 60/220 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage. This weapon does not have disadvantage when used within 5 ft. of the target. This version of the MA5B has been converted to a carbine firing pistol rounds Semi-automatically Civilian Issue M392 DMR. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 60/260 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d10 + 2) piercing damage. This weapon does not have disadvantage when used within 5 ft. of the target. M6C PDW. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 45/180 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d8) piercing damage. This weapon does not have disadvantage when used within 5 ft. of the target. Gun Bash. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) bludgeoning damage. Fragmentation Grenade (1/day). Every creature within a 20 foot radius centered on one point within 60 feet of the Insurrectionist must attempt a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 19 (5d6) piercing damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.

NOTES: Insurrectionist forces often steal gear from the unsc but aren't trained to use most of it, this does not mean that Specialist do not exist but they are uncommon, otherwise all vehicles and weapons used by the unsc are capable of being used by insurrectionist. |
