Innate Power [Psionic Feat]

You acquire the mental skill to manifest a power innately and enhance its potency.
Prerequisite: Have a reserve of at least ten power points.
Benefit: Choose a power of 2nd level or lower. Now, you can manifest this power at will once per turn without spending power points, but you still need to spend power points to augment the manifestation. If the manifestation requires a material component, it is still necessary to manifest the power normally.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.

1. If you spend 2 additional power points, the power no longer requires a saving throw to be resisted, and its effect applies normally as if the affected target had failed the innitial difficulty saving throw.

2. If you spend 2 additional power points, If the manifestation has a continuous effect or requires more than one subsequent difficulty saving throw, the affected target has a -4 penalty on those consecutive difficulty saving throws.

3. If you spend 2 additional power points, you can manifest this power as a swift action instead of a standard action.

4. If you spend 4 additional power points, this power is no longer subject to power resistance or spell resistance to be resisted, and its effect applies normally.

For every two power points spent to augment the manifestation, increase the difficulty saving throws by +1. You can spend additional power points to further increase the DC saving throw.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time you do, you choose a power either one you have already modified or another power you know.
