Trade Hub[edit]
A trade hub allows a greater variety of magic items to be available.
Minor (Counts as 2 industries)
The town has for sale an additional Minor magic item. A Knowledge (Local) check DC 15 or Gather Information check DC 20 is required to find this item however.
Medium (Counts as 3 industries)
As the minor version, plus there is an additional Medium magic item available. The Medium magic item requires as Knowledge (Local) check DC 20 or Gather Information check DC 25 in order to be found.
Major (Counts as 4 industries)
As the medium version, plus there is an additional Major magic item available. The Major magic item requires as Knowledge (Local) check DC 25 or Gather Information check DC 30 in order to be found.
