Minor (Counts as 1 industry)
The town has a 5% reduction to ferry service fees within the same land region and has 1 bonus hireling available to work on boats.
Medium (Counts as 2 industries)
The town has a 10% reduction to ferry service fees within the same land region and has 2 bonus hirelings available to work on boats.
Major (Counts as 4 industries)
The town has a 25% reduction to ferry service fees within the same land region and has 3 bonus hireling available to work on boats.
