Prerequisite(s): Half-Dragon Flyby

Benefit: You gain the Improved Half-Dragon Flyby power.

Improved Half-Dragon Flyby Feat Power
Strike with all your might and ferocity as you fly past your foe.
At Will (Special) Special: Must be flying to activate. Standard Effect: You fly a number of squares up to your fly speed and make one attack at any point during that movement. The attack may be a Melee Basic, At-Will, Encounter, or Daily attack power. You do not provoke opportunity attacks when moving away from the target of the attack when using a Melee Basic attack. However, using another attack will provoke. Luckily, you gain a +2 bonus to AC against Opportunity Attacks made against you as a result of using an attack other than a Melee Basic.
