Creating an Ice Mage[edit]

Class Features
As a Ice Mage you gain the following class features.
- Hit Points
Hit Dice: 1d4 per Ice Mage level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 1d4 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d4 (or 3) + Constitution modifier per Ice Mage level after 1st

Frosty Defense[edit]
When hit your skin turns to ice, dampening the damage the attack may cause. AC = 8 + Con, Immune to cold damage, Weak to Fire.
Ice Weapon[edit]
Your Frosty Defense allows for you to turn you body into a weapon. As a bonus action you may turn your hand into a shard of ice. As an action you may attack with the Ice Weapon, Dealing 1d4 + Con Cold Damage. As an action you may also fling the shard at a creature, with a range of 45 feet. The weapon gains unique abilities at levels 5 and 10, which also changes the dice used for damage. At level 5 it becomes 1d8 + Con, and at level 10 it becomes 2d10 + Con.

At level 2, you chose a Frozen Archetype. Choose between Wrath of Winter, Below Zero, or the Alternative Medicine archetype, which are detailed at the end of the class description. Your choice grants you features at level 2 and again at levels 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, and 20.
Ability Score Improvement[edit]
When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
Improved Ice Weapon[edit]
At level 5, Gain the ability to double the damage of Ice Weapon. You may use this ability once per short rest. At level 10 you may use this feature twice.
