Amphibious. The toad can breathe air and water.

Powerful Build. The toad counts as one size larger when determining its carrying capacity and the weight it can push, drag, or lift.

Standing Leap. The toad's long jump is up to 40 feet and its high jump is up to 20 feet, with or without a running start.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the toad can't bite another target.

Tongue. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the toad can't use its tongue against another target. If the target is a smaller size than the toad, the creature must succeed on a Strength (Athletics) contest or be pulled to an unoccupied square within 5 feet of the toad. As a bonus action, the toad can pull itself to an unoccupied square within 5 feet of the target.

Possessed of brutish strength, a powerful leap, and a sticky tongue, hulking toads are prized by grungs, bullywugs, and other swamp creatures as war mounts and status symbols.
