House Fairy Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2.
Age. Magically connected to the house, they hardly age while people live in the house. If the House fairies leave the house, they begin to age. In this case, they can live up to 200 years.
Alignment. The alignment of these fairies depends on how the owner of the house treats them. But mostly they are chaotic.
Size. House faery grow to about foot tall and are no smaller than 6 inches. Your size is Tiny.
Speed. Your base walking and climbing speed is 25 feet.
Outstanding Leap. You have improved your skills in conquering large objects. You may use Dexterity in place of any Strength check or Dexterity (Acrobatics) for any Strength (Athletics) in regards to Jumping. In addition, the distance you can travel by jumping is doubled.
Invisibility. You can cast the invisibility spell once with this trait, requiring no material components, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a short rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
