Keen Smell. The hound has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Innate Spellcasting. The hound's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13). It can cast the following spells innately, requiring no material components:

At will: misty step
1/day each: hunter's mark, plane shift (self only)

Pack Tactics. The hound has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the hound's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The hound makes two attacks: two with its bite or one with its bite and one with its paw.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) poison damage.

Paw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) poison damage, and the target must make a successful DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Tongue. Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) psychic damage, and and the target's Wisdom score is reduced by 1d4. The target becomes insane if this reduces its Wisdom to 0. An insane creature cannot speak coherently or cast spells. Casting the greater restoration spell or similar magic on the insane target ends the madness. Otherwise, the reduction and the madness, if any, lasts until the target finishes a long rest.

The hounds of Tindalos appear as scaled, vaguely canine and thinly creatures surrounded by a green or blue shimmer. Their home is said to be Tindalos, a dreadful dimension filled with obscene angles and curves. Hounds of Tindalos are cruel and always hungry. It is said that they lust for something in humanoids that they themselves do not have. Once a hound of Tindalos has chosen a victim, it will not rest until it has been caught and killed.
