Charge. If the serpent moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target deals an extra 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Swiftness. The serpent doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it moves out of an enemy's reach.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one creature. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until the grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the snake can't constrict another target.

Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
