Poison Absorption. Whenever the horla is subjected to poison damage, it takes no damage and instead gains a number of hit points equal to the poison damage dealt.

Poison Form. The horla can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. If it ends its turn in a creature's space, the creature 10 (3d6) poison damage. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The horla makes two slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 10 (3d6) poison damage.


Horlas are elementals composed of equal parts chaos and water. Their exact nature is often translated as poison or disease elementals, or sometimes more poetically, death elementals.

Elemental Nature. A horla doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
