Barbarian Subclass

"A man born into a family corrupted by his father's greed, had his life changed when he enlisted in a holy crusade.

He was told that all his sins would be absolved, and after a brutal crusade filled with carnal sins, the man had his end with a blow to the back, now facing death and being condemned to the depths of hell, the man did the impossible

He defied death and won, however when returning home, the man found that his beloved was taken to hell, now carrying the scythe of the reaper himself, he went down to the depths of hell to bring his beloved back."
-The Legendary First Holy Crusader

Reaper's Scythe

At 3rd level, you have achieved the impossible, you have conquered death and won a copy of his scythe, you can use strength instead of dexterity for your unarmored defence while wielding the scythe. The Reaper's Scythe is a melee martial weapon which deals 2d6 damage and has the heavy and two-handed properties. You can cause either slashing or necrotic damage with it (choose when you make the attack).

The weapon disappears when it leaves your grasp, and can be summoned again to your hand using a bonus action.

Holy Symbol

At 3rd level, you can hurl searing bolts of magical radiance from your a holy symbol. You gain a new attack option that you can use with the Attack action. This special attack is a ranged spell attack with a range of 30 feet. You are proficient with it, and you add your Strength modifier to its attack and damage rolls. Its damage is radiant, and its damage die is a 1d6. The damage increases to 1d8 at 6th level, 1d10 at 10th level and 1d12 at 14th level.

If you are raging, you add your strength rage bonus to the damage caused by this special attack. When you gain the Extra Attack feature, this special attack can be used for any of the attacks you make as part of the Attack action.

You must be wielding a holy symbol to use this special attack.

Crusader Improvement

At 6th level, your Reaper's Scythe slashing damage is considered magical, for the purposes of overcoming resistances and immunities to nonmagical damage. While raging, your scythe also gain a bonus to the attack rolls equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up).

In addition, the scythe now also have the reach property.

Divine Judge

Also at 6th level, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with an attack from your Holy Symbol, you can judge it and send it to paradise or the depths of hell. Your DM will describe what sins the creature has done and whether they were done willingly, by accident, or by force. By doing so and ending the creature's life, it will go directly to the plane that is most suited to its alignment or that best suits its sins

Symbol of God

At 10th level, you may raise your Holy Symbol and crash into the ground below you causing a powerful blast of divine energy. In a 30-foot area around you, creatures must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier), or suffer 5d12 + your Constitution modifier radiant damage, or half as much on a success. Aberrations, Fiends and Undead have Disadvantage on the saving throw against this feature.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain your uses after finishing a long rest.

God's Protection

At 14th level, if you are not unconscious and are at below half your maximum hit points, you regain a number of hit points equal to your rage damage bonus.

In addition, while raging, you gain a damage reduction equal to your rage damage bonus.
