Shapechanger. The giant can use its action to polymorph into a tyrannosaurus-giant hybrid or into a tyrannosuaurus, or back into its true form, which is a giant. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The giant makes two attacks. In giant form, it can make two greatclub attacks. In hybrid form, it makes two attacks: one bite attack, and one attack with its greatclub or its tail. In tyrannosaurus form, it makes two attacks: one bite attack, and one tail attack.

Greatclub (Giant or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Rock (Giant or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Bite (Tyrannosaurus or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (4d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the weretyrannosaurus can't bite another target.

Tail (Tyrannosaurus or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Contrary to popular belief, humanoids aren't the only races susceptible to lycanthropy; giants can be cursed too. However, the strains of lycanthropy that can affect a giant tend to involve animals that are much larger than a wolf... and more dangerous...
