Level 1 Average Weapon Mod Equipment

Benefit: You may choose to take a -2 penalty to the attack roll to gain a +2 bonus to the damage roll (or +3 for a two-handed weapon).
The weapon has a setting that trades accuracy for power. This might be duplex shots, a higher wattage beam, or a melee or throwing weapon with a motorized cutting edge.
