The hidden blade is the perfect weapon for an assassin, but can be wielded by any who have trained in its use. The spring loaded blade can be worn in one of two ways. The mechanism is thin enough that both methods do not use the wrist item space. They can either be secured to the wielders forearms with heavy leather strapping or attached to the inside of bracers and gauntlets. When the character is not immobilized and the desired hand is empty, extending and retracting the blade is an immediate action. The blade should not be extended if the corresponding hand is occupied. To do so would most likely (90% chance) cause severe injury to the wielders hand and digits.
