Heavy Armor Optimization [General, Fighter]

You become much better at using heavy armor

Prerequisite: Armor Proficiency(heavy), Base Attack Bonus +4

Benefit: When wearing Heavy Armor, increase the AC by 1 and reduce the Armor Check penalty by 1.
