Decapitate[edit]

Starting at 1st level, you are trained to retrieve the heads of your marks back to your contractors, as a proof of a concluded mission. Thus, you master the art of decapitating your targets with a clean strike. Whenever you score a critical hit on an attack with a melee weapon that causes slashing damage, if the target would die with the maximum damage of that attack, you don't roll for damage, and instantly kill the target.

You can only target humanoids or beasts of medium size or smaller with this feature.

Brutal Accuracy[edit]

At 1st level, you can make an incredibly precise strike with the blades you wield. You can give yourself Advantage on an attack with a weapon that causes slashing damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain your uses of it after a long rest.

Visceral Strike[edit]

Also at 2nd level, you can make a particularly brutal strike with a melee weapon. When you hit a creature with an attack from a melee weapon, you can spend your Visceral Dice and increase the damage of that attack. Your visceral dice is a d6.

You have a number of Visceral Dice shown on the Visceral Dice column, and regain all dice spent after completing a long rest.

Hunter Sect[edit]

<!-At <!-insert level-> level, you chose a <!-insert name of subclass feature i.e. path, archetype, discipline, etc.->. Choose between <!-list the subclass options->, <!-all/both-> detailed at the end of the class description. Your choice grants you features at <!-insert the level when subclass features begin-> and again at <!-list all the levels the class gains subclass features->.->

Ability Score Improvement[edit]

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.

Manhunter

Starting at 3rd level, you have Advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma checks made to track and find information on the whereabouts of criminals with a death sentence.

In addition, you gain proficiency with Investigation and Survival. You add twice your proficiency bonus on checks with these skills if you are already proficient.

Head Collector[edit]

These head hunters are dark shamans, who use decapitated heads as a magical token to fuel their own abilities. They can use heads as a vessel to contact different types of spirits, and even to compel the spirits of the creatures they have decapitated.

Trophy Boon

At 3rd level, when you decapitate a creature, you can take out its head and create a trophy out of it. Trophies give you certain boons, depending on the type created:

Shrunken Head Trophy.
