Harvest Domain, 2nd Variant (5e Subclass)
From D&D Wiki
Harvest Domain[edit]
<Cleric> Subclass
All living creatures need to eat. Farming and agriculture is the cornerstone of civilisation, and the harvest is for many the most important time of the year. Great festivals are held to welcome in a plentiful harvest, whereas a bad harvest can cripple a kingdom or empire. Clerics of this domain worship deities that bless and protect the harvest. Harvest Clerics are particularly sought after by rulers and farmers, able to bless their fields and crops. In some communities, they also act as guardians of the fields against famines and fiends alike. The Church of the Harvest is a religious group in Fairfields, a farming region, that organises the worship of many deities in this domain. Their priesthood is often made of Harvest Clerics.
Deities in this domain are typically good, although some are more neutral and can even be quite callous - damning peoples with blights and famine if offended. Examples of these deities are Demeter, Briganta, Chauntea, and Daghda.
