The guardian mummies are simply mummified warriors equipped with the best bronze weapons and armor for their time and used as guards to protect the tombs of great pharaohs. Many of them were criminals and bandits in life who were given one chance of redemption and this was their final punishment to spare their families and friends from execution or slavery. |
