Every time a guanlong uses bite, and target succeeds the save, the DC for the next save gets higher as the target is slowly losing their mind. Every time they succeed, increase the DC on Bite by 1 for that creature. This persists until they take a long rest. ACTIONS Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn. Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) slashing damage.

Source Guanlong may appear to be related to Dilophosaurus due to the similarities of possessing crests and venom, but the Guanlong is actually an ancestor of the tyrannosaurs like Yutyrannus, Gorgosaurus, or T.rex. The Guanlong lives in the Misty mountain region, they are found mosty commonly in the massive Shang Gen Jungle on Arkamata.
