Out of Sight, Out of Mind. The groundskeeper can make a Charisma (Performance) check in place of a Dexterity (Stealth) check to hide them and their weapons in plain sight anywhere servants would be expected to be.

Shear Defense. The groundskeeper's Armor Class is increased by 1 when holding a one-handed weapon in each hand, or when wielding shears.

ACTIONS

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.

A servant in brigandine designed to look like a groundskeeper's uniform. These groundskeepers often carry a large set of shears that can be disconnected and used as a pair of shortswords in combat. The groundskeepers are more martially focused than the housekeepers, but have fewer skills in comparison, making them less versatile.
