Combining all the previous Transmutation spells, this spell allows for the mage to transform a liquid to a solid, or a solid to a gas, in any order, including precious substances like gold and diamond. With a DC 25 Wisdom check, you can cause the newly transmuted substance to appear as the substance it once was, creating materials like "steel air" and "liquid wood." You are able to transform 10 cubic feet of matter per caster level with this spell.
