Cantrips (at will): chill touch, fire bolt, poison spray, shocking grasp
1st level (4 slots): burning hands, chromatic orb, magic missile, thunderwave
2nd level (3 slots): alter self, cloud of daggers

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The cultist makes two attacks with its scimitar and casts a cantrip.

Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Sinister Sleepwalking. The cultist afflicts one creature it has seen within 24 hours before with sinister sleepwalking.

REACTIONS

Further Enlightened (2/Day). If the cultist makes a saving throw against a spell or other magical effect, it gains advantage on the saving throw.

When a minor cultist of the Lidless Eye has enough experience, or an avatar of the Lidless Eye deems them worthy, the cultist is "promoted" to greater cultist of the Lidless Eye, as to serve the Lidless Eye better. Taught some magics and the curse of the Lidless Eye, the greater cultist is also taught how to sacrifice lesser forsaken of the Lidless Eye.
