Stub Logo.png This page is incomplete and/or lacking flavor. Reason: Allowing race to be Large, not to mention Huge requires attaching rules and implications of such size for a creature, as none such rules exist in 5e dnd.

Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Spirit sanctuary is clearly not finished. As it is now, this race can basically cast unlimited, instant, impossible to dispel Leomund's Tiny Hut. This cannot be, if one can even make that assumption - as nothing important about this extradimensional space is written, like ways to enter it, leave, if you can just kidnap someone into it against that creature's will etc.

Great Spirit[edit]

Great Spirits are powerful spirits made of magic, embodying various elements.

Physical Description[edit]

A Great Spirit is composed of pure energy, which manifests as a physical body. Their form can resemble any creature, ranging from the size of an ant to that of a fire giant. Their bodies emit an aura that reflects their elemental nature, such as an icy Spirit generating a chilling aura that sends shivers down people's spines. Their clothing is also composed of the energy related to their elemental nature.

History[edit]

Great Spirits have existed for as long as energy itself. They are created when large amounts of specific energy types are utilized, resulting in their full maturity. Great Spirits aid heroes on their journeys or assist villains in their destructive endeavors. They sometimes protect buildings, forests, kingdoms, or small villages as a result of their past assistance to a hero who resided there. Great Spirits can also form contracts with creatures, granting them a portion of their power. They have the ability to create lesser spirits and monsters to serve under them.

Society[edit]

Some Great Spirits establish civilizations consisting of other spirits, such as lesser spirits or other Great Spirits. Others form contracts with individuals, empowering them. Some Great Spirits prefer to live in solitude, while others reside in the villages or kingdoms they protect.

Great Spirit Names[edit]

Great Spirits adopt names given to them by people, often incorporating words related to their elemental nature and appearance. Additionally, their names indicate the specific type of Great Spirit they are. Example: The Great Spirit of Fire, Fallegur Logi, or The Great Spirit of Water, Fult Vatten.
