Great-Beast Palm (5e Class Feature)
From D&D Wiki
Great-Beast Palm[edit]
Optional Monk Feature
An old beggar, dressed in dirty rags, walks up to a shady man in black leather, asking for a copper coin. The shady character draws his blade in fury at being approached by a man of such a lowly station , but the beggar simply uses his palm, and with one great, speedy blow sends the man flying into the distance.
Starting at 3rd level, you are able to hit your foe with a blow that is virtually harmless, but flings the target fairly far away. When you make an unarmed strike against a Large or smaller creature, you can spend 2 ki points to attempt to use this technique. On a hit, the target takes no damage, but is pushed 30 feet back.
If the target hits an obstruction of its size or larger, its movement stop and the target takes bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 for each 10 feet traveled.
