You stomp the ground, rasing a large chunk of stone from it, then smash though it to strike, leaving shards of stone embedded in your enemy's skin
Daily  Primal, Weapon
Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Wisdom Modifier, you knock the target prone, and it takes ongoing damage equal to your Constitution Modifier (save ends)
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, whenever you hit the target, it takes ongoing damage equal to your Constitution Modifier (save ends)
