Gorelock[edit]

Gorelocks are madmen or women, touched by some eldritch influence to use their intelligence and magic to unlock terrible capabilities in the flesh. Through pacts with mysterious beings of supernatural power, the Gorelock is able to receive enviable and abominable abilities.

Class Features

As a Gorelock you gain the following class features.

Hit Points

Hit Dice: 1d10 per Gorelock level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 10 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d10 (or 6) + Constitution modifier per Gorelock level after 1st

Proficiencies

Armor: Light armor
Weapons: Simple Weapons
Tools: Tinker's tools, Alchemist's supplies
Saving Throws: Constitution, Wisdom
Skills: Choose two from Arcana, History, Investigation, Intimidation, Medicine, Nature, and Religion

Equipment

You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:

  • (a) A light crossbow and 20 bolts or (b) any simple weapon
  • (a) Tinker's tools or (b) healer's kit
  • (a) A scholar's pack or (b) a dungeoneer's pack
  • (a) Two daggers or (b) any simple weapon
  • If you are using starting wealth, you have 5d4*10gp in funds.
