Many-Headed. The goose tree has eight branches that can sprout goose-heads. While it has more than one head, the goose tree has advantage on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
Whenever the goose tree takes 20 or more damage in a single turn, one of its heads dies. If all its heads die, the goose tree is blinded, deafened and incapacitated until at least one head regrows.

Producer (Recharge 6). At the beginning of its turn the goose tree can dislodge a head, summoning a goose in the nearest unoccupied space.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The goose tree makes as many beak attacks as it has heads, then either makes a slam attack or uses Produce Goose.

Produce Goose. The goose tree grows a new goose head on a branch that does not have a goose, or had a goose that was killed. This fails if the goose tree is not in direct sunlight.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (3d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

Fowl Honking (Recharge 5-6). The goose tree's heads honk madly in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be frightened of the goose tree and take 7 (2d6) thunder damage for each head the goose tree has.

REACTIONS

Hiss. When a creature makes an attack roll against the goose tree, it may hiss at the attacker imposing disadvantage on the attack roll if the attacker can hear.

A vague Depiction of a Goose tree seen in ancient texts

Growing from barnacle-like seeds, goose trees are a wild species of plant native to distant jungles and islands far off the coast. Rich folks will often pay great sums of money to import goose trees, as they produce a very steady supply of meat and by extension; eggs, if tamed.

Odd Flora. Long ago people wondered where wild geese went during the cold winter months. Later when ships become more and more common, humans discovered an island far off the coast of Chult which species of mobile tree would produce geese; explaining where they went. The goose tree was thought to be a myth until specimens were discovered on other islands.

Fowl Tempered. Goose trees are quite slow moving and are usually tame. However if it notices that someone is approaching with ill intent it will lash out vilely with a flurry of pecks and beatings. Goose trees rarely attack elves and gnomes, but always attack goblins and kobolds for unknown reasons.
